Specialist Physical Disability Healthcare Facilities

Young Disabled Client in Wheel ChairAt Vision we recognise that living your own life and deciding what you want to do is something non disabled people take for granted.  We support young people with physical disabilities to take responsibility for their lives and to live them to the full.

Our services provide specialist equipment, full accessibility and well-resourced communal facilities. We have activities organisers who support service users to access  social and leisure facilities in the local communities, as well as a varied in house programme.

Our staff are comprehensively trained to meet specialist needs, including  people with acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological conditions and mobility difficulties. We also enable  our service users to access specialist professionals, such as physiotherapy and  occupational therapy.

For service users who intend to progress into employment, we can support them to access the Department of Work and Pension Access to Work scheme and help them broker the support they need to return to work. Our commitment is built on our belief that physical disability need not be a barrier to a full life with the service user firmly at the helm of their care package.
