Social Housing Facilities in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset

People can find themselves homeless for a variety of different reasons, quite often for no fault of their own provide a range of different accommodation to fulfill their requirements.
 
Our social housing is located in Exeter, Cullompton Taunton, Honiton and Exmouth. It is a combination of hotels, houses and flats. All our accommodation is well appointed and of the highest standard whether it be a single or multiple room, a lifestyle suite or a family flat. Some of our houses and hotels are staffed 24 hours a day and offer administrative support and care whilst others provide independent living in a safe environment.   

Our lifestyle rooms are all fitted with en-suite facilities and have a kitchenette so that the guest(s) can prepare meals and cook as they want. These newly finished bright airy rooms are available as single, double or family lifestyle suites.

Other accommodation includes well-appointed single, double or family rooms, most of which are en-suite and in many, breakfast is included.

We also have family flats so that larger families in need of housing can be helped. These well appointed flats consist of kitchen/diners sitting room, bathroom and bedrooms.
