Febuary's Langford Time

The Queen of Hearts she made some tarts all on a sunny day The Knave called Brian he stole the tarts and took them clean away The Manager called for the tarts and beat the Knave full sore.

The Knave called Brian brought back the tarts and vowed to pinch 'em no more. However, he said they looked so good m'lud. The Activities team have been busy cooking
to everyone's delight.

There has been some serious serenading going on at Langford and it revived memories of a few old flames! Most of all it made everyone laugh and sing along to all
the old favourites. I'm sorry about the photograph being a little fuzzy but I think the lead reporter on the job was feeling light headed at the time.

The cast of The Corus Line from Exeter University entertained everyone from Langford Park with an exclusive preview of the show opening at the Northcott Theatre shortly. A huge thank you to them all for a fantastic afternoon.

Of course this time of year brings Burns Night celebrations. You don't have to be Scottish to enjoy Haggis and a wee dram. The day couldn't pass without at least getting into the feeling. Flags and bunting became the backdrop to the celebrations. However, I'm still waiting for the single malt!! Music and movement sessions are proving very popular as well as having beneficial properties. Tash our in-house Occupational Therapist is already proving to be an indispensable part of the team.
