Private and NHS Specialist Healthcare

At Vision we care about our service users and provide the highest standards of private health care.

We view the person firmly in the middle of everything that we do, with several care services available to meeting a variety of specialist healthcare needs. All of our specialist healthcare services are registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission, (CQC) and Ofsted, when applicable.

When you have to make sensitive choices about the type of healthcare services people require, we are here to help. We will also guide private and public healthcare service users through our diverse services as their lives develop and their needs change.

We employ highly motivated people to deliver care and support them with extensive training, effective management and career progression. Our staff take ownership and pride in the care they deliver. Our low staff turnover mean our service users  benefit from consistency of care and trust that can come from long term working relationships.

Vision services are underpinned by the following values:

Choice: Making choices, such as where you live and who you live with are regarded in our society as basic human rights. We are continually developing our services and are happy to discuss bespoke care packages for individuals, couples or groups of people who wish to receive healthcare support together.

Empowerment: We endaevour to support you to make your own decisions and take control of your life. At Vision, we acknowledge this shift in the balance of power which is necessary to adequately meet individual needs.

Individuality: Vision is committed to ensuring that the staff teams respond and work with each person as an individual, with their unique personality, strengths and perspective.

Privacy & Dignity: Vision is committed to recognising and valuing service users as equal citizens. Our staff are dedicated to ensuring that service user’s dignity is respected at all times and that they are not exposed to situations which would cause humiliation, embarrassment, personal or emotional discomfort.

When considering one of our healthcare services we want you to come and visit and see for yourself how we operate. It’s not an easy decision to make at an emotional time for the family and we are happy to provide you with any information that you feel will help you reach that decision.
