Job Role

Overall responsibility for the Vision family group. Consultant to Vision companies, heading up the search and purchase of new ventures. Ongoing development of existing interests in Property letting, care provision and IT network, web design. Liaison with professional advisors such as solicitors, agents and accountants as necessary. Now advising on the development of an end-to-end care provision across three counties, together with the ongoing running of an extensive property portfolio principally in the Exeter area.

Background

After a career in farming, progressed to head up a very successful business in Building and shop-fitting, undertaking major projects for expanding blue-chip businesses including Vision Express and Specsavers, throughout the UK and Europe and projects undertaken for Planet Hollywood in Germany.

Formed Goldmax Resources and associated partnerships to further interests in site and facility acquisition, project management, development and progress to selling-stage.

Growth of existing business in provision of assisted/supported living at locations in Somerset, Devon and Cornwall; development of significant property portfolio.
Acquisition, business development and profitable sale of care home businesses in Plymouth, Exeter and Cornwall.
