Main Responsibilities

My role is focussed on advising the organisation on matters of client healthcare and HR. Vision and associate companies provide services to the care industry; my management skills and knowledge of care are providing a key factor in the growth of the companies.
I lead the clinical team in providing nursing care for specialist service users with complex care needs. I also act as an advisor in health related issues to the partners of the organisation.

2001-2002 East Devon NHS Partnership, Staff Nurse working in acute admissions mental Health.

1995-2001 Exeter and District Community Health Trust, Auxiliary Nurse and Student Nurse. Working on an assessment unit for older clients with mental health issues.

1987-1990 Meersbrook Residential Home, Manager of the home.

1985-1987 Queen Margaret’s Nursing Home, Auxiliary Nurse working with clients who had physical/mental health problems and those requiring palliative care.
