Role & Responsibilities

Roberts role is to manage a sizable property portfolio of private rental housing. Robert preserves and increases the value of our complete property rental portfolio. Robert solely owns and looks after the day-to-day financial operations of the complete property portfolio, including finding and placing qualified tenants, he ensures the property is in good working order and is on call 24 hours a day, to ensure all tenants are able to contact him in an emergancy.
